WelcomeThis is our website where we hope you will find information that will encourage you to sample the charcuterie products which are made here in Devon and other parts of the UK by the many farmers and food producers we have taught. Our meat has to eat heather, sorrel, fern, lichen and many other types of special flora & fauna. Our meat has to drink the natural spring water that rises and runs through our moorlands, uplands and lowlands. Our meat has some of the most magnificent scenery to view whilst grazing, including a glorious sunrise and sunset over distant shorelines.
Ask yourself, what can your meat see, eat & drink ? This website has been started to help save traditional and rare breeds of livestock in particular those most at risk like the Devon (British) Lop pig which is in danger of becoming extinct. We hope that you maybe interested enough to know more about where our/your meat comes from and that you will enter our website for a fuller picture.
